To compile this list, we started with a universe of 120 stocks trading 0%-10% above their 52-week lows. We then narrowed down the list by looking at institutional inflows, ranking the stocks accordingly.

We last wrote about this screen on November 23, 2010. On that day, the screen produced 14 companies (excluding RRI Energy, which has since been acquired). Since then, 11 out of 14 companies mentioned in that article have outperformed the S&P 500 index (a success rate of 78.57%). The screen averaged a return of 16.47% vs. an index return of 7.69%.
